Please complete the form for each child you're enrolling. We will do our best to check the form regularly and update it if classes fill. If you do not hear back within 48 hours of registering, please send an e-mail to meadowstarmusic@gmail.com.
Once you have completed the form, we will contact you to confirm enrollment. Do not send payment until you have received enrollment confirmation. Classes are $15 per 30-minute session per child, and payment is due each month before the first class of the month.
Once your enrollment is confirmed, please send payment for the first month's classes ($60 total per child) to secure your spot in the class. You can pay by Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay, or PayPal. You will receive payment details with the enrollment confirmation e-mail.
